Well, years ago when I was bodybuilding I could drop to a 29 waist from a 31 and actually gain weight. BUT it was the heavier mass of muscle that accounted for the oddity.
My thing now is not that I stopped losing, but that I stopped losing AND still dropped an inch in my waist. Is my scale broken?

How do you get smaller but not lose wieght?
