Base 2011 GT500 is roughly $49k but you'd be lucky to find a base model anywhere. GT500 owners will tell you, a set of better tires is the ONLY thing the GT500 needs to put the 302 behind in a straight line.

Yes, tires are a pretty easy fix to hit easy 11's. Add about $4k in mods and you are running with ZR1's in a straight line. It has been said before, if you don't understand the GT500, perhaps you just "don't get it"....
