Quite the opposite. The throttle bodies will give you a few extra HP and improve your throttle response and Idle. Downside is you will need to re-tune to adjust for that extra air coming in.

I have a CAI, a MGW short throw and LT's and my dealer has re-built separate parts of my transmission twice with no real issue with my modifications. The warrant stuff is controlled by the dealer when it comes to bolt ons.
