1) No, I didn't drill the small holes for the rear or front guards

2) I only drilled the large hole inside the wheel-well for the fronts. This hole is filled by the plastic plug included with the splash guards. If you have a "Right Angle Drill" you can do this without taking the wheels off.

3) Not planning on taking these off, so I can't answer.

4) I covered the pre-attached molding tape with a couple layers of 3M molding tape (part 03609) to act as a cushion. Instead of touching the fender, the lip misses the body by ~1mm. I'd recommend finding a thicker molding tape to do the job properly; I was in a hurry due to this brutal winter, so I went with what I could find.

5) There is a bit debris of collection, bit nothing a hose can't resolve.
