I'd like to add that their sales staff stinks too. My experience with them was very brief...sounds like I was lucky. This was WAY back in 2000.

Called the dealer to inquire about a Cavalier for my (now ex) wife.
kid that answered the phone didn't give me his name and I totally forgot to ask, ok no biggie.

Drove out there 30 mins later. Walked in the door. Nobody gets up to greet us, not even the old slick sitting at the desk right in front of the door. And there were NO customers that evening!

Finally after about 10 minutes of walking around and browsing someone asks if we've been helped. Didn't even get offered a test drive, wasn't even shown a car.

But they gladly quoted a price of $380 something a month for a stripped down Cavalier!

LOL...needless to say we left.

Of course that wasn't as explosive as my run int with Al Adams from Al Adams Chevrolet in East Greenbush. He was all happy and smiles until I told him I was eligible for the GM Discount.

Then he gets all nasty with me and says "I only make $200 per car" and "why should you get a car cheaper than I can?" Well AL...why should car dealers be able to rob people blind?

And little did Al know.....all of this was after I was so generous to have my insurance company pay his dealership to fix my hit and run dented vehicle 6 months before! Jack@ss.

I see blowhard Al sold his dealership to Fuccillo....good riddance..in my opinion that's one crook to another.

Oh and then there was the sales manager at DeNooyer. Had a simple lease turn in. Call up. They don't do appointments but no problem it only takes 15 minutes. Drive out, ask for that blowhard...apparently it was a stellar sales day...wait 30 minutes, "hey um I have that lease turn in I called about"....15 more minutes later..."um excuse me"....finallly an hour later I'm losing it. Then the jerk turns and says with a furious face "I'll get to you when I feel like it" So I went to the greeters desk to tell them how I had been treated and asked where a phone was and a phone book...so I could call another dealer to turn in my lease. Instead the owner stopped by and helped us out finally...and apologized for the wait.

Moved away from Albany a year later....needless to say...I am not impressed with ANY Albany Chevy Dealer.

The next car I bought was a Saturn.....
