It's definitely the waste vapor from the crankcase. It's supposed to be burned off during ignition but some of it is dropping out of the air stream and pooling in your intake. Catch can is the way to go!
Then, put a separate clutch fluid reservoir on your LS3. Two best mods IMHO to keep your car running great for a long time.
