the new Camaro will have a V gen motor in it why , think about it the Camaro is ALL NEW doesn't it make sense to include a ALL NEW motor with it to showcase it's technology. Of course it will have Direct Injection why because thats the future for
Gm it saves fuel and produces more HP . As for the Vette , we have to remember the Camaro won't be released till 2009 so the 2009 Vette could also very likely have a gen V motor in it producing say 450 to 475 HP and the Camaro a little detuned with restrictive exhaust roughly 430 to 450 HP anyways we will ALL soon find out at the 2008 100th Anniversary CHICAGO AUTO SHOW Fri. were GM will be showcasing it's CAMARO PRODUCTION MODEL I can't wait..
