If your 620 hp and 595 ft/lbs tq was measured as RWHP and with a set of Drag Radials it should run a 10.49 @ 131 mph.
To accomplish a 10.8 pass with 620 bhp and 595 tq you would need to get down to a test weight of 3550 lbs and run Drag Radials.
