If you watch the video, her mother was saying they couldn't afford lice shampoo and that this was going on for months. Lice itches and hurts when left untreated that long. She must have read on the internet that Gasoline would kill them which it would have had the freak accident occur that did. She is dumb obviously for trying this out and her boyfriend is even more dumb to let her attempt this in the first place. However Neither imagined a spark would ignite at that exact moment she was putting it in her hair. I feel sympathy for this girl since she will be forever scarred by this and her boyfriend will probably leave her as well because she no longer looks like she did. I hope that is not the case and he stays with her since they were going to get married.. Tragic story..
She may have gotten her advice from Yahoo answers when asking about lice remedies..
