The Doug Thorleys are very popular. The price of the headers wasn't bad, but they need to be welded on, so the total cost was a little expensive. I like 'em though. From the dyno graphs others have posted, looks like some nice gains all across the RPM range. They made a subtle, but nice change to the sound. Nice thing is, no CEL and no tune required. From what I've read on here, Ivan at Southwest Speed has sold a ton of these things

Thanks for the Vine! Indeed they have been popular and they seem to really "sell themselves." Great product and fantastic price.

While I agree with you that there is no guarantee.....it's hard to dispute 1 CEL in over 267 sets that we've sold.
And the one was a guy who welded his own and later posted that he found a bad weld and leak in his work. He corrected it and has since not had a returning CEL....

There are certainly benefits to both that are unparalelled.
We're doing up some Proto LT's as I'm sure you've read about. They will most likely be out later this year.
Appreciate all the rap about both the LT's and Shorties for the V6 cars. It's great to get some real world guys giving their experience to everyone to share.
Good work all!
