JMO - any track that has the basic needs in the central/northern US would be a viable location for C5FestIII. Topeka, Joliet, St. Louis, Bowling Green, Indy, etc. It will more than likely come down to cost/availability. It would also be nice to have tech commensurate with the type of cars running or come up with a format to support it.
That way every possible C5 member that has a chance to go can go.
For many as long as the drive can be done in 2 days it's a go.
