i painted them myself i did the rear bowtie as well but i dont really have a good picture of it right now... just pull them off use like a 400 grit sand paper to make the chrome dull. two coats of flat black spray paint, and three coats of semi-gloss clear over them to protect and reinstall. took me about 3 hour including the time to remove/install and letting the paint dry...
