I've received better customer support when buying a ten dollar CD. I'm not sure how much more of this I am willing to tolerate.

They are still trying to tell me that they don't have any rail cars, despite the fact that anyone that logs into this site can see that vehicles built well after mine have already been delivered.
I dont have mine yet. Built on 3-30
