The time has come to start preparations for the Route down Thursday 9 June 2011. As you know most of us will be arriving Thursday night at the Host Hotel. Can you leave early from work(Noon) on Thursday? Do we want to have supper (Looks like Supper will be in Kingston TBC) as a group once we get there...etc....
We will try to accommodate everyone if possible. Any suggestions will be appreciated. So please submit your preferred Arrival / departure timings.
