The easiest way to determine this is to call your banker. They can help you with the details. In Texas, repossession is supposed to be a peaceful domestic deal and the police usually will not assist.
A banker will know the ins and outs... I used to be very well versed, as I drove a wrecker, but that's been a number of years ago...
