Well, I just wanted to share my experience so far as it seems not many people run KW coilovers on their camaros. Been digging around through the forum and more often than not, its about pedders or pfadt as the coilovers of choice. Last week i posted up if anyone had any real experience with the KW Clubsports, and didn't any real responses.

I've always been a KW fan, even before I ran them on the camaro. Lots of my friends run some version of their product on many of their cars ranging from Honda S2k, Lexus IS, Subie STI, Acura NSX, and Nissan 240 (s14). They all love them and for the most part hit the track (road course) every once in awhile for fun.

So i decided that I'd give their V3's a shot. I personally think the V3's r GREAT for streetability. Rides VERY well, and is definately a huge upgrade from stock.

But as I started hitting more and more track sessions, i seem to be wanting more and more out of my coilovers. So i was finally at the point where I wanted something even stiffer, even less body roll, and hopefully something to help with some understeer that i seemed to be having. I initially wanted to swap out the springs and see if could accomplish what i was looking for through that route. But the KW V3's are running progressive springs in the rear, something i was honestly not 100% thrilled about on the track, it just didnt feel the same even though i was going through the same turn, my back would either feel lighter or heavier, when weight shifted. So i dug some more, and found out that KW's now actually have a clubsport version.

Apparently its a pretty new release, and i wonder even if some of the KW vendors on here know about it. After some talking with a local KW vendor, i figured I would give these a shot.

After the install, i can definately notice off the bat, that they are alot stiffer than the V3's and have Less body roll. Haven't really had a chance to throw the car around yet, but ill be heading out to Spring Mtn. in may, and will let you guys know how i like them after a day at the track.

So far though, great initial impression, as it was what it accomplishes alot of what im looking for so far.

I would definately not recommend them to someone who wants to keep some sense of streetability because of the stiffness of the ride.

I still think that the V3's are better as a streetable coilover system. But if your looking for that extra stiffness. Clubsports seem to be a good answer....sooo far......
