Edit: I found the one I mentioned. I realize this isnt exactly the same thing you want to do since it doesnt match the body color, but I still think the idea sounds cool.

I think I've seen that car before...I picked up a second set of rings on ebay for $15 to play with before I painted mine...I like the look of the steelies, but may go to the factory 20s this summer
