The only "octane booster" I know of that really works is Torco. It's actually a race fuel concentrate. We stock it here and have had good results with it.

A 32 oz. can of Torco mixed with 10 gallons of Premium 93 Octane makes approx. 102 octane.
A 32 oz. can of Torco mixed with 5 gallons of Premium 93 Octane makes approx. 105 octane.
So one 32 oz. can of Torco should get you pretty close to where you want to be
