Idk what to say other than mine are fine. I put a lot of grease on them and when I was putting them in, I pushed them in about an inch, then quickly shoved them in. Pulled lightly on then to make sure they snapped into place. All is fine here. Sorry to hear about your problem. Without being there to look at them, I'm no help.
