OR you can go the cheaper route like many of us have tried on this forum. It's called PLASTIDIP....yes some people think its crazy but it works just fine and it peels right off if you do not like it. Goes on thick and easy. its a black rubbery coating but it looks like flat black and it can even be painted over so whatever you do can be reversed...

I never did my wheels with this but I did do it on my bowties and taillight bezels and it looks great, definitely a cost friendly and easy option.

You can buy "Plasti Dip" from Home Depot or Lowes - it costs around $6 a can. I was told you'd need around a can a wheel. The great think about this stuff is it needs no prep, other than cleaning.
