It does happen, but he should have pre-baked the part before he did anything, that way the RA evaporates out of the part. It is time consuming (booth time) but not a labor issue. And like others have said it should have been pre-cleaned & prepped. Sound like maybe they sanded the part before cleaning and before pre-baking. new parts still have "gasses' in the pours. You probably paid for the learning experience - but did they learn anything.
