I heard this on the radio this morning. First thought was, you can't fix stupid . . .
now, I think McDonalds has a no refund policy, and thats fine. Last I checked you could get gift cards/certificates. They should have given her that instead when she was there instead of telling her that she either has to either get something off the menu or nothing at all.
