Well... I asked my salesperson to update my Work Bench order. I have not heard back. I'm guessing he's leaving the conversation at his previous reply of 'he'd let me know when he gets an update' which sounds like the non-proactive approach. I guess this a case where my salesperson is just stubburn, clueless, believes I am asking for too much information or all of the above.
How long would it take a salesperson to update a Work Bench order?
BTW... I phoned the 1-800 (in a different thread) and got absolutely nowhere. They just kept saying that production has not even started yet and phone back once the production has started.
