California Car Cover problems
I ordered a cover from California Car Covers after I saw a few people say they were good covers. When I ordered it I selected 2011 Camaro convertible. The order in my checkout did not say convertible on it anywhere so I got on a live chat with a customer service rep and explained my problem. She took my order number and said she would make sure it went out as a convertible cover. I picked the car up yesterday and put the cover on and it had the pouch for the shark fin on the roof. I called them today and explained the problem and they said they would place the correct order for me and send a UPS shipping label. Then 5 minutes later he called back and said he had talked to his boss and that cover should fit my car. I told him it might fit but I wanted a cover for a convertible. He then said he went on their web site and it would not even give him the choice of convertible for this fabric (Extreme weave). I told him it had the choice when I placed my order. He basically said he didn't think it did and I must have been mistaken. As soon as I got off the phone I tried it again and it had the choice for a 2011 Camaro convertible.
Now I don't know if he doesn't know what he's talking about or if they send a coup cover to all the convertible orders? I will not deal with them again.
Anyone know a different cover company that makes a good cover?
