I'm guessing it's cause our rear seat belts are always flapping in the wind. So does anyone else have these marks? If so, just tuck the rear seat belts between the sail panel and the back cushion! You're welcome!

EDIT: There are three marks, one where the buckle was and two from the belt (one up high and down low, you can barely tell in the pic.)
