The only reason I had so many issues was because I updated my tune after I got the renewal notice. Than when it failed the first time, I kept tryin to use the stock tune to pass the car, but that kept throwing the CEL.
Technically after I put the performance tune back on again, it took 2.5 - 3 weeks for the Evap system to switch Ready. Also lets not forget 700 miles and 3 fuel ups were involved too.
