They can put your order into the system at
anytime. Regardless of allocation numbers. Until they get an allocation it just sits there and collects dust like most of our orders are still doing. But we at least know we have an order waiting to get pulled by GM.
I was going to go into a long drawn out process of the steps. But all you have to do is check through this sweet thread that RPO started and it will show you how the orders work once they are in
