No, not at all. Your dealer should know GM doesn't call dealers to tell them when an allocation is available. Your dealer simply logs into GMGlobalConnect and looks each week to see if he gets/got one. In the meantime, there is NO reason that he shouldn't enter your order in OrderWORKBENCH and give you the printout with the confirmation number.
ESPECIALLY since you're running out of time to be covered under pre-order price protection.
