I have done this before when I put my winter tires on. Once you press relearn, you have to either deflate or inflate the tires, one by one, until the horn sounds for each tire and twice at the end. You start with the front driver, move to the front passenger, rear passenger, and rear driver. I would suggest deflating them as to not over-inflate, then once they are all learned, go around and inflate each tire. The dic should update after this process has been completed and you should be able to see each reading live.
