Plus you still have to repair the run flat tire. So your 4 to 6 times per year still require the same 4 to 6 repairs.

Also, without air pressure you have a limited speed similar to the compact spare on many cars. Plus they generally ride harder due to the stiffer side wall, are heavier and cost more.

So if you are looking to be able to drive to the gas staion or tire shop for the repairs then they can be a benefit. Otherwise as suggested above, use the inflator kit.
