Under hood and in the doors and trunk 5000-6000$+ Is what my shop told me on my last camaro I had, just depends on who you take it to and if you want them to take all the paint off I have been told the paints not real easy to remove. you could do a two tone and leave the hood and doors alone,
As far as resale It depends on the dealer if they look at the vin# I had a car I took to one dealer they looked up my trade in and they low balled me cuz it had a 5k insurance clame on it, took it to the next city over and they never looked it up and gave me what I wanted, On a private sale yes it would devalue the car to a collector but most ppl dont care as long as it looks good and has a clean title
