You have to treat painted wheels just like the paint on your car, they are the same type of paint. They'll gather some rock chips along the way, no doubt. Peeling can happen too, it just depends on how well the surface is prepped before being painted, as well as the quality of the paint and painter skills. I wouldn't recommend painted lips on a car that sees a lot of daily-driven miles, but this is a showcar. I'll order some cheaper 20s for the daily driving duties.
