I have to agree with those who have said that you need to familiarize yourself with your car, even tc won't save you. My car is nearly 20 yrs old, makes over 440rwhp and the only real "safety feature" it has is a driver's side airbag. I have NEVER lost control of my car, calm down OP and get some time in at the track or a non-public road course....
