the VERY best time I have seen a professional driver get with an SS is a 12.98s on the quarter mile ... and this was a professional driver. It was posted here on the forums many many months back so I dont know where to find it
keep dreaming if you think a stock SS will be a 12 second car normally... the avg person can expect it to be low/mid 13s
I also agree that a 13 second car is nothing to get overly excited about ... I hope the ZL-1 comes in mid-high 11s
