To be honest there are many in the Customer Assistance team that do no know who we are but I would just like to reiterate that my coworkers and I (who have recently made themselves known for the most part) do work for General Motors in the Social Media/Customer Service department. In addition to calling Customer Assistance you can direct message me your information and I can get you setup with them as well and get your issues documented as well.
