reason to a get a V6. Money.
When it boils down to it, just because you can afford a bentley you don't just go out and get it. I'm sure everyone can agree the SS has the better look, the mail slot, droppped suspension, big ol gorgeous brembo brakes, & emboridery. However is that worth 7k more? To me-- nope. This will be my 2nd Camaro and my 5th performance car. I like power getting on to the highway and passing other cars when i have the a/c kicking. I have no interest in racing my car which leadsto getting new tires, paying for more expensive replacement parts and I could care less if an SS pulls right beside me. Odds are my custom rims will look better than hers/his. I could careless if a MUstang is revving the engine, cops are up at the next light, DUMMY. lol
It's not worth the gas mileage, the higher insurance, the less miles per gallon, and sure as hell not worth the higher personal property taxes that are charged here based on engine size. You may as well be giving money away. lol I can afford an SS and was #1 at my dealer due to an order early 10/13. However due to a V6 contraint GM advised my dealer to ask if i wanted to get the SS and not have to wait. I declined I'm not rich or poor I'm in between. LT2 for me. I love the styling and some 10 years ago you wouldve been lucky to get 300 horses in a v8.

cars are like women, some are old, some are new, some get turned on easily some need a lot more help, some you just wanna drive into the river, some you can't wait to get inside of, some are expensive to maintain, some are low maintenance, however if you treat them right, you'll have her for the rest of your life.....
