Depends on the type of SC you use, and how good the tuner is. I know lot's of guys including myself making more than 670rwhp. on less than 10psi. boost @ 6000rpm. My vehicle makes 690rwhp. on less than 7.5psi. and 740rwhp. on 8.5psi. will also depend on other factors like CAI, headers, CAM, exhaust, etc....
