Whats up fellas.
I'm getting mixed answers from my sources on whats the right pulley to have on the car for our particular purposes. So rather than roll the dice.
I went ahead and made sure that we are gona have several different pulleys on hand and ready to swap while we're on the dyno. We're gona start big 4" and work our way down.
Inferno is on a stock bottom end, and for now we wanna keep it that way.
So our goals for this build are gona be in the high 500 low 600rwhp range. Which should be easy.
I believe that the current setup is more than capable of surpassing these #'s, as some of you have stated. However with stock internals anything past 600rwhp is playin with fire. Please keep in mind that we're talking about well over 700fwhp on hyperpathetic pistons and mediocre rods.
Oh and BTW, i think it was touched upon already. But RWHP and what a motor can handle don't correlate directly to boost #'s. and vise versa
A while back we did a very custom GTO making 930rwhp on a 389ci motor, running on 91 octane and meth, daily driver, with only 13lbs of boost. Effieciency is so crucial to these combos.
Thanks
