Shelby needs to decide what is going to be the names and numbers of their products and make some effort at keeping them in place instead of adding something new every time another engine or tune comes out. Right now, it is too hard to keep up with what is supposed to be what in the Mustang lineup.

I dont think Ford could of done a better job in keeping heritage alive in the Boss 302 same goes for the GT350.
What is so confusing about the Mustang line? Seriously I was a GM die hard before went to ford.com and was pretty much "caught up" and up to speed in the matter of minutes. Roush's, Saleen's, Supersnakes, GT350's are all aftermarket packages done outside of the factory just like SLP, Hennessy, ect, so all there is to choose from is
V6
GT
Boss
GT500
You act as if there has been a GT500, GT540, GT550, GT600.
I dont see that as being "Too hard to keep up with" but I'm willing to help you out via PM if you like.
I actually think the Vette has just as many if not more variants and optional packages.
