On the east side, go down elliot past ellsworth take a right a right at the next light (lights not working yet) I believe it's signal butte. Go about a half mile and there is several places you can see gaurd rail for the circle track, you can see the cars through the gaurd rail. Bring some binocs or a good camera because it is about 200 yards away. Hope you have more time than I maybe you can get a pic. I have a feeling that they will be out again this sunday.
