GM Performance Division (GMPD) went away for a while beginning in Feb. '09 during the "Time of the Unpleasantness" ,

but was back full force by last summer with a
HUGE display at the Woodward Dream Cruise.
I'm pretty sure that the cars that are being built now, have the GM Performance Division Plaques on them. My V was built in Feb. '10 and it has the plaque under the hood.
