Yeah I now what u mean here its like they actually slow down when u are behind them. Like if I change lanes a lot of times I see break lights flash. I don't tailgate so its funny especially when they are closer to the car infront of them than I am to them. The need to speed up an block lane changes, particularly when there is nothing but open road in front of them. Its annoying but what are u going to do
