i know EXACTLY what you mean! not sure about the new Camaros but my skip shift isnt annoying at all, it only comes on if i come off the line real slow and if i hold first just a tad longer then usual it goes off and i go into second...quite often my skip shift light doesnt even come on.
i also see people that do 45 in a 55 and then continue to do 45 in a 30...they just maintain 45 the whole time...
