Sorry I didn't buy a $40k car of my dreams to Mickey Mouse shit on it in the first week of ownership.........that just isn't me and never will be. If you want to put shit that don't fit right on your car and you have to hack it to make it work or leave out bolts.......great for you, but for me when paying close to $400 for a plastic intake I at least expect it to screw on the car.

Under our order terms, once a part has been installed, it is not returnable and any further issues are handled under the manufacturer warranty. Most retailers have that policy because we cannot resell used items. Honestly I can't run a profitable business if I send parts out, let people try them, and give full refund if they decide they don't like them.
Now in this case, Vararam does have a 100% satisfaction gaurentee, and they will give you all your money back on even an installed part. The program however is something they offer outside of our order terms. So a customer has to go through them to take advantage of it, which is why I mentioned Steve. We will make it happen..just the part has to go direct back to them.
In general however you should not attempt to modify or install a product you are not happy with or feel is defective. The reason I bring this up, is we have had a few instances in the past where customers have taken say an exhaust they determine to be defective, and then modify it to get it to fit. Then when it still does not fit, and they want to return it, they get denied because the manufactuers warranty specifically states that they do not warranty modified products. That is not the case here...as Vararam has a warranty that basically says they will give you your money back no matter what...but it is worth mentioning.

Again I understand what your saying about the exhaust and modifications and agree with you 100%...................but all I did was remove burrs that never should have been there in the first place.
Thanks Mac
