There are pix posted elsewhere on the forum showing where they are and what they look like.
technically true. but its easier to call them paddle shifters so that those who arent aware that the car has them, can relate to what we are talking about. some people might read "shift button" and think that there is a video game D-pad setup on the steering wheel, but when you read paddle shifter, you pretty much know what one is talking about.
