I was teaching a friend how to use the plasma cutter the other day...........he cut's a chunk off of an aluminum block then picks it up bare handed.......needless to say he will never do that again I just looked at him shaking my head saying did you not think that was going to be hot??

lol, I'll bet it flew further aftter he realized it was hot than the distance he picked it up, unless he just dropped it... I've seen a few pieces of metal fly across a shop....
