I don't think the OP was arguing the performance or the overall build of the product.
He's arguing how terrible the finish is on the specific unit he received. Somebody somewhere, sat there, finished working on that unit, looked at it and went "Bah, good enough". Dropped it in the box and shipped it out.
If this is how their Q&A is handled, somebody needs to be fired.
I was actually looking into buying one but I've seen a few posts by people who received units similar to the OP's... makes you wonder how reliable their product it to begin with. Definatly doesn't make me feel confident about buying it, that's for sure.
