I finally got ahold of them after shooting 4 emails, once every 5 days or so. Unfortunately they ONLY take emails. They gave me an RMA to send out the windshield fluid bottle out. My car is a daily driver and although i dont use washer fluid every day there is no way i would rma the bottle back and maybe get one back in a week that works.
