If he did.. he'd be squatting since they closed Joliet CF in '02. Then turned it into a TV set.
TBH, I will agree with Joliet now (thanks to that link) due to how condensed the venue would be with proximity to Chicagoland (literally next door). 4 hrs and 15 minutes for a drive ain't bad either, just hop on I-80 here in Toledo and get off in Joliet.
