Spoke with a GM Rep and my dealership service manager today and they both told me it won't completely void the warranty. It will however void the parts that the CAI is hooked up to.
I was also told that if I take my car in for any issues that resulted in the CAI I want to put in they will tell me the cost to fix, but won't cover under the warranty. Anything aftermarket put on the car will void the warranty for anything it attaches too, and any issues that happen caused by the aftermarket. I'm still going to call around to other dealerships around my hometown to see what they say until I find one that's ok with it! Good luck on your mods and hopefully you will find a cool dealership that won't mind them.
